Fritz has a whole ton of pics up from the 4th’s Bombing Down Broadway and Dan gave us some stats from his computer:

time 38:36
avg 21mph
max 30mph

Geared at 50:19

that puts the winning time at about 37 minutes.

I just heard about how the bull was actually installed guerrilla style by the artist in 1989. The police impounded it briefly but the public loved the bull so the city re-installed it in its current location. It was never self promotional as I had always assumed.
