Baltimore-based Bishop Bikes had quite the stable this year at the NAHBS. One of the nicer details on their Holly Track was this custom steel stem. Similar to a Titan or a Cinelli, this underslung stem really gave their track bike the aggressive lines everyone desires on their rides.
