The Delaware Valley Green Building Council: Philly Bike Parking Deck

The Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC) hosted their sixth annual Sustainable Design Competition recently and the winner was Annie Scheel who designed a parking facility in Philadelphia for bicycles.
