While I love seeing pristine track bikes, anyone with money and patience can acquire them. But a well-used and street-ridden bike takes a lot more time and energy to bring about that desired patina. Sure, collectors are gasping at the sight of a Sante Pogliaghi beaten up like this but this bike has more miles on it than any wall hanger.
