For 2012, Fred Perry has continued their popular cycling line:

“Following on from the success of the ‘Fred Perry X Cycling Blank Canvas’ celebrating the link between sport and subculture Fred Perry brings you the second drop of cycling product this Spring / Summer ‘12. The classic cycling shirt has been standard Mod attire since the early 1960’s, today the cycling range resonates with Fred Perry aficionados and cycling enthusiasts alike.”

“The newly expanded range consists of 5 cycling shirts in the classic 100% cotton Fred Perry pique all with zipped down plackets. A variety of technical features are displayed across the shirt range including rear button-down pockets, rear zip pockets, zip funnel necks, colour blocked sleeves and cut & sew colour blocked body panels.”

“The key polka dot print cycling shirt has a zip funnel neck and 3 rear pockets with button fastenings.”

“The print is complemented when worn with the new perforated cycling shoe. The new unlined leather cycling shoe has a perforated upper for ventilation and is available in both black and white colourways.”

“The vertical stripe cycling shirt features premium cut & sew vertical championship stripes and a grey zip funnel neck. While the 3 rear pockets have easily accessible button fastenings for reaching into on the move.”

“Other new additions to the range include a nylon cire cycling jacket with reverse nylon coil zips, front and rear zip pockets and championship striped tape on the back yoke. The inverted back pleat allows for maximum movement whilst cycling.”

“Lastly, the cyclists essential ‘cycling dispatch’ messenger bag has a championship striped flap down front and features heavy duty polyester webbing straps to complete the collection.

  • El grifo

Seem hard to get hold of. World champ jersey is homage to the sport, don’t get too hung up on it; it looks smart off the bike.
