Reader’s Rides: Jerry’s Moots Vamoots CR

moots5

It’s not often I get a Reader’s Rides email with a bike like this attached. Jerry’s new Moots Vamoots CR is drop dead gorgeous but it’s very easy to take shit photos of a great bike. The colors, tones and composition of these photos are top notch. Jerry ordered the frame from Montano Velo and went with Campagnolo Record for the group. Stunning!

this bike makes me wish I had chosen a more lucrative path in school. very lovely and even more pure without a di2 grouppo.

Every bike looks better without modern Shimano!

Modern Shimano is beautiful, reminds me of a Lexus or a BMW. But to each his own.

    Tight welds.

Clean ride! Just need to trim the cables evenly to finish it off.

    Very nice!
The devils in the detail… Is that glitter tape for bite on the seatpost or added bling?

    • GeraldBowles

Thanks! The tape takes the guesswork out of the saddle height if I remove the seatpost for whatever reason.

  • Alisa

    pretty much flawless right there
