Last night Ben from Argonaut Cycles got into LA and this morning, we took him on the Local’s Only cross ride. On his road bike. Let’s just say Ben is “over steel bikes“…
After the ride, he wanted to do a bit of cleaning to his #Spacebike for his talk at Shelter Half. I thought the bike looked better dirty, but you know what people say about presentation.
Be there, 7pm sharp for free beer, finger foods and a fun Q&A session. See all the details for the showcase here.

While a track bike with drops and a negative stem look great in photos, the reality is, at a certain point in one’s life, you just wanna cruise. If anyone knows about cruising, it’s Rivendell Cycles and that’s where Jesse picked up these Nitto Bosco Bullmoose bars for his Kinfolk track bike. Personally, I love it. I’m sure it’ll rub the purists the wrong way but they’re not the ones riding in style like this!
… the three of us are together in Los Angeles. Fyxo, Tracko and myself. Expect some radness to pick up momentum here shortly, for now, we’re probably out riding. Follow the guys on Instagram (linked).
LA is a callin’ and this time, a friend is there to join me in the radness that awaits. My flight leaves in a little bit, so I’ll see you on the other side.

Again, one year I’d love to make it out to the Wolf Pack Hustle events in Los Angeles. Check out more great photos from this year’s Midnight Drag Race here!
If you’re going to be in LA, you should make it out to this. I know I’ll be there!
One of these years I’m going to make it out to this event. Kudos to Wolf Pack Hustle!
Here’s a rad video from the Golden Saddle Cyclery Grand Prix that went down at Encino velodrome a few weeks back. Short, sweet and beautiful!
It’s almost time for the Wolfpack Hustle Midnight Drag Race, the closing event of the 2013 Unified Title Race Series. September 7th, be there! See more information at Wolfpack Hustle and register here.

If I could make it out to every event like this in Los Angeles, I would. Luckily Neil is pretty good shooting photos, so even if I wasn’t there, I can catch some of the action. See Neil’s photos from the Golden Saddle Grand Prix here!
