Outlier: The Freeshell

The new Outlier Freeshell is already almost sold out so I won’t bother with a bunch of copy. Instead, I’ll just post the one jumping photo and call it a day. But, I did say almost sold out… There are still a few sizes left.

Having been friends with Abe and Tyler since the very first prototype Outlier pants, I can say that I’m extremely proud of their accomplishments. Here’s Abe talking at the recent PSFK Conference in NYC:

Catching up with Outlier

The guys at Outlier have come a long way from their original workwear pants. Growth, both in a product line and prowess is a sign of a successful business and each time I return to NYC, I’m amazed at how much they’re expanding. They now have an in-house prototyping studio, as well as numerous new employees, all aiding in their slow and steady conquest of cycling-friendly dresswear. I spent the afternoon with Tyler and Abe last week and shot some simple photos of their well-lit studio in Brooklyn.

I really, truly miss my NYC family but it’s great to see various brands continue to grow each time I’m back in town. While I was in the Outlier offices last week, I shot some photos of their new The Outlier Feit Supermarines 2012 Edition. Brooklyn Randomness

I woke up Sunday absolutely wrecked. One of the hardest things about coming to events like the RHC are all the hours spend partying until 4am. After I pulled myself together, I met up with Chas and we rolled to get some food, then over to Outlier. Chas has decided to give up food delivery for modeling and since he’s #fixiefamous, I think it’ll work out great. From there, we headed to Affinity where we were greeted by the DOSNOVENTA bicycle team from Barcelona. Sure enough Clary hopped on their carbon and aluminum bikes and put on a show. It’s crazy how fast a day can go by when you spend it fucking around in the street on expensive track bikes… Don’t forget to check out the “previously” links below if you haven’t already.
